Delete your Bunbo account

Bunbo is a Vietnamese learning app by an independent developer. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Bunbo and sign in.
2. Go to Settings > Account.
3. Tap Delete my account, type your username to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email bunbo.app@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Bunbo account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• your account: email address, password and username
• your learning progress, review history and words marked as known
• your fish, streak and study buddy
• your friendships, friend requests and quizzes with friends

Nothing is kept. Copies in our service providers' backups are removed within 30 days. See the privacy policy for details.

Bunbo 계정 삭제

Bunbo는 개인 개발자가 만든 베트남어 학습 앱이에요. 언제든지 계정과 모든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있어요.

앱에서 삭제 (가장 빠름)

1. Bunbo를 열고 로그인해 주세요.
2. 설정 > 계정으로 가세요.
3. 내 계정 삭제하기를 누르고, 사용자 이름을 입력한 뒤 영구 삭제를 눌러 주세요.

계정이 바로 삭제돼요.

앱 없이 삭제

가입한 이메일 주소로 bunbo.app@gmail.com에 "Delete my Bunbo account"라는 제목으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 30일 이내에 삭제하고 이메일로 알려 드려요.

삭제되는 정보

• 계정: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호, 사용자 이름
• 학습 기록, 복습 기록, 아는 단어로 표시한 단어
• 먹이, 연속 학습 기록, 공부 친구
• 친구 관계, 친구 요청, 친구와 주고받은 퀴즈

남기는 정보는 없어요. 서비스 제공업체의 백업에 남은 사본은 30일 이내에 삭제돼요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
